Students can write Devnagarī scripts.

They learn Chanting.

Students can gain knowledge of the major traditions of literature written in Sanskrit.

They communicate ideas related to the literary works during class and group activities.

Students come to know about poetic style, their work, grammar, poetry, drama, literary aspect, characteristics of the prose.

After reading Sanskrit prose and poetry they can gain various moral values.

Students can develop their personality.

They must know duty of a king, appropriateness of Title of a text, social experiences, Political thought, technical terms, and the contribution of poets and dramatists in the Sanskrit literature.

Students can learn Ancient Indian education system.

Students can learn and know about the social condition in ancient period.

Students come to know Vedic agriculture in ancient India, Vedic society, Vedic age and caste system etc.

They can learn about Epic literature, Purāṇas and so on.
